On 02 June 2020, VIC organizes its second board meeting for the year 2020 at its head office in Kien Khleang with participation from all 5 (F:2) board chair and members and the VIC management team in order to update on the current situation of VIC as well as its achievement and funding.
On June 1, 2020 VIC organized an extraordinary meeting with its CBR staff at VIC office with participation from program staff, and finance staff to review and go through the questionnaires and updated where necessary in order to start interviewing children with disabilities and their caregivers on the impact of Covid-19. There were 7 (M:7) participants in the meeting.
On May 27, 2020 VIC organized a monthly meeting at VIC office with participation from program staff, CBR staff, finance staff, key wheelchair staff and the related key persons to review the achievements made in May, wheelchair distribution & production report, review HBR achievements, assessed wheelchairs for June, update CBR action plan and update Action Research planning. There were 12 (F:2) participants in the meeting.
On April 30, 2020 VIC organized a monthly meeting at VIC office with participation from program staff, CBR staff, finance staff, key wheelchair staff and the related key persons to review the achievements made in April, wheelchair distribution & production report, review HBR achievements, assessed wheelchairs for May. There were 12 (F:2) participants in the meeting.
On March 27, 2020 VIC organized a monthly CBR meeting at VIC office with participation from all staff including CBR staff, finance staff and wheelchair staff to update on current situation related with Covid-19 and VIC stance so far as well as to review the achievements made in March, wheelchair distribution & production report, review HBR achievements, assessed wheelchairs for April. There were 24 (F:4) participants in the meeting.
On March 13, 2020 VIC conducted the “We Ring the Bell” campaign to promote children with disabilities to go to school and the equal rights to access education @ Pong Toeuk Hun Sen High School in Rumduol district, Svay Rieng province, which was funded by Liliane Fonds. There are 243 (F:134) participants including students, parents, teachers and local authorities.
