Veterans International Cambodia (VIC) is a non-profit humanitarian organization, founded under Cambodian law. VIC began its programs in Cambodia in late 1991 to provide rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities (PWDs). From July 2014, VIC became a local NGO registered with the Ministry of Interior. VIC continues its mission on wheelchair production, distribution, and operates its CBR programs in targeted communities. The wheelchair production applies new and existing technologies in innovative ways to help overcome barriers and promote the human rights of wheelchair users. This program also provides the means for wheelchair users to enjoy better health and to achieve full and equal participation in society.
